Directions:
Into a large pot, add broth, water, oil, carrots, celery, onion, bay leaf. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, covered, for 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Add noodles, cut-up chicken and frozen peas, and stir. Add salt and pepper and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until the noodles are tender. Add lemon juice and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.
