Directions:
Preheat the grill.
Wash the salmon; pat dry and place in a shallow dish. Mix together the olive oil, lemon, wine, oregano, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the marinade to the salmon and turn to coat cover; refrigerate for 3 hours. Preheat the grill. Lightly oil the grill and cook, brushing the salmon with remaining marinade, for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
