Vanilla Snap Truffle

1 bag Vanilla Snaps cookies
1 22oz. container real chocolate pudding
1 22 oz. container real vanilla pudding
1 container fat free Cool Whip
1 bag chocolate toffee bits


Directions:

In truffle bowl, layer ½ the cookies face down. Layer vanilla pudding on top of cookies evenly. Sprinkle ½ the bag of the chocolate toffee bits on top of the vanilla pudding, then evenly layer the chocolate pudding on top of the vanilla pudding and toffee bits. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate toffee bits on top of the chocolate pudding, reserving some toffee bits. Layer the remaining cookies face down on top of the chocolate pudding and add a thick layer of Cool Whip on top of the cookies. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate toffee bits on top. Refrigerate.

This month watering treat is served cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
